The farm shop’s deliciously varied fare includes garden vegetables, organic goat cheeses, wood-fired organic bread and focaccia and organic estate wines. It is the ideal venue for discovering our wines out on the terrace or at the fireside. The café is also a great place to discover our home-grown organic produce and local farm fare.

Our estate has a fun and very special signature: an adorable herd of goats that delights visitors of all ages and produces delicious cheeses you can savour on site!
Raised in unique conditions, with an exercise park measuring over 8,000 m², our goats also enjoy plenty of relaxation and pampering. And as goats love to climb and rest safely in the shade, our herd has its very own goat tower, unique in France!
The wild herbs and aromatic plants that thrive on our estate lend the Château Saint-Roux cheeses their inimitable flavour. You’ll find them at our shop and restaurant.

The Château Saint-Roux gardeners are committed to tasty, healthy seasonal produce and our vegetable garden harbours no less than 90 varieties of vegetables and over 200 fruit trees grown without pesticides and in harmony with seasonal cycles.
Our many organic vegetables are a delicious ode to the soil of Provence: you can pick up a hamper from the shop or savour them on site at our restaurant “La Table”.

MDCV comprises four exceptional organic wine estates planted with a total of 865 acres of vines, all proud bearers of the Organic (AB) certification since February 2021: Château de Berne (Flayosc-Lorgues), Ultimate Provence (La Garde-Freinet), Château des Bertrands and Château Saint-Roux (Le Cannet-des-Maures).
