Chef Guillaume Rigaudias’ menus are inspired by the day’s pickings from the organic vegetable garden, with a focus on simple and delicious Provence-inspired dishes that respect each ingredient. Every month, Guillaume focuses on a different theme showcasing regional, seasonal produce.

La Table de Saint Roux is an invitation to discover the many facets of our estate too. Enjoy a selection of cheeses made on site by our cheesemaker Hasna Sioud. Savour bread fresh out of the wood-fired oven, lovingly prepared every day by our artisan baker Ludovic Bernard.

And of course, it all pairs to perfection with the Château Saint-Roux rosé wine crafted by our oenologist Alexis Cornu…


Fancy a gourmet escapade in nature?

Savour our Sunday Brunch served every week from 12 am to 3 pm (€47). From pastries to goat cheese, our fare is fresh, homemade and crafted by our very own baker.

Nestling at the heart of the estate, Château Saint-Roux’s “Fabrique à Pain” bakery is a showcase for the know-how of Head Baker Ludovic Bernard. Ludovic works with living ingredients cooked in a wood oven unique in the region, to create artisan breads that are both beautiful and irresistible.


Make the most of our picnic tables and gorgeous natural environment! Our Chef’s picnic hamper contains a salad of the day, delicatessen products, goat cheese from the estate, biscuits, fruit, 1/2 bottle of wine and mineral water.


Our organic wines are served at La Table de Saint-Roux table d’hôte restaurant, paired with the Chef’s latest creations.
Resembling a painting by Aix-born painter Cézanne, La Table restaurant basks in a warm and authentic Provencal decor. Set facing the vines and wild countryside of Provence, the terrace promises a tasting experience worthy of Cézanne’s finest masterpieces…
Château Saint-Roux boasts a magnificent palette of iconic Provencal grape varieties: Côtes-de-Provence grapes (Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Rolle, Mourvèdre), Viognier (Côtes du Rhône), Marselan (a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache), Colombard, Merlot and the more rustic and unusual Nielluccio (Corsica).

Nestling in the heart of the Var area, the vineyard spans 99 acres of organically-grown vines and produces five organic rosé, red and white wines.

  • Château Saint-Roux Rosé unveils a complexity and structure rarely found in Côtes de Provence wines, reflecting the unique Saint-Roux terroir.
  • Friponne is a fresh and supple Vin de Pays des Maures (IGP Maures) embodying the generosity and authenticity of Saint-Roux.
  • Blended by our winemakers, Le Pigeonnier is an ode to the Saint-Roux philosophy. It is produced in rosé, red and white.
