Our wine-tasting cellar in Provence is first and foremost a showcase for our local produce, which is grown and processed here. You can taste the estate's Provence wines, stock up on vegetables from the garden and goat's cheese.

Our local products shop
The cheeses from the Fromagerie de Lorgues, along with the estate wines from Château Saint-Roux, reveal a palette of flavours to be found in the shop, on the menu of the restaurant La Table de Saint-Roux and in a number of restaurants and hotels in the region, including Ultimate Provence in La Garde-Freinet and Château de Berne in Flayosc.

What different wines are on offer for tasting?
Rich in iron and bauxite, these essential nutrients act as a catalyst to develop a vine rich in aromas.
The Saint Roux vintages are available for tasting:
- Château Saint-Roux Rosé reveals a complexity and structure that are rare in AOP Côtes de Provence. It is a reflection of the Saint-Roux terroir.
- Friponne reflects the generosity and authenticity of the estate. This rosé wine from the Pays des Maures (IGP Maures) expresses freshness and suppleness.
- Blended by us, the Le Pigeonnier cuvée reflects the Saint-Roux philosophy. It is available in rosé, red and white.

The ideal place to discover our wines on the terrace or by the fire. The boutique is also a café where you can discover organic products from the estate and local producers.
