The estate's restaurants
The restaurants at Château de Berne adopt a locavore approach, favouring vegetables, herbs and fruit grown on the estate and fostering long-term relationships with local producers and breeders. Gastronomy at Château de Berne is embodied by four passionate chefs. Louis Rameau, Head Chef of the gourmet restaurant "Le Jardin de Berne*" (one star in the Michelin Guide), Aurélie Liautaud, Head Chef of the "Bistrot" (Bib Gourmand), and Eric Raynal, who oversees the patisserie (winner of the "Passion Dessert" award in the Michelin Guide).
Together, the three of them offer a tasty journey full of emotion, a real tribute to Provence.
