Local, seasonal cuisine

Chef Guillaume Rigaudias draws his inspiration from his vegetable garden to create his daily menus and a la carte menu, featuring simple dishes that respect the produce. The menus, which have a Provençal flavour, are composed according to the harvests in the vegetable garden and his current inspirations. Each month, he works on a theme highlighting regional and seasonal dishes.

La Table de Saint Roux is also an invitation to discover the many facets of our estate, with a selection of cheeses from the Fromagerie de Lorgues. Treat yourself to bread baked over a wood fire and prepared daily by our artisan baker. And what could be better than a wine and food pairing with a rosé from Château Saint Roux, prepared by Alexis Cornu, our oenologist.

Looking for nature and a gourmet getaway?

Every Sunday, enjoy our brunch served from 11.30am to 2pm at €47 for adults and €15 for children under 12. From viennoiserie to cheese from the Fromagerie de Lorgues, our products are fresh, homemade or local and made by our baker.

Right in the heart of the estate, the Château Saint-Roux bakery expresses all the chef's traditional know-how. Behind the wood-fired oven, the only one of its kind in the region, he works with living matter, enhancing the taste of artisan bread that is as delicious as it is beautiful.


Want to enjoy nature and our picnic tables? Discover our Chef's baskets with salad of the moment, charcuterie, goat's cheese from the Fromagerie de Lorgues, biscuit and fruit, 1 bottle of wine from our organic vineyard, mineral water.


Wines from our organic vineyard are served at La Table d'hôte de Saint-Roux, to match the dishes created by the Chef.

Like a painting by Cézanne, the restaurant offers its guests a warm, authentic Provencal setting. The terrace overlooks the vineyards and the wild Provence, for a wine-tasting experience that is faithful to the emotions aroused by the finest works of the Aix-en-Provence artist.

Château Saint-Roux offers a fine range of grape varieties emblematic of Provence: Côtes-de-Provence (Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Rolle, Mourvèdre) but also Viognier (Côtes du Rhône), Marselan (a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache) Colombard, Merlot, Nielluccio (Corsica), which are more rustic and atypical.

In the heart of the Var, the vineyard covers 40 hectares of vines and produces five organic wines in three colours.

  • The vintage Château Saint-Roux Rosé reveals a complexity and structure rare in AOP Côtes de Provence. It is a reflection of the Saint-Roux terroir.
  • Friponne reflects the generosity and authenticity of the estate. This rosé wine from the Pays des Maures (IGP Maures) expresses freshness and suppleness.
  • Blended by us, the cuvée Le Pigeonnier reflects the Saint-Roux philosophy. It is available in rosé, red and white.
