The Château Saint-Roux gardeners are committed to tasty, healthy seasonal produce and our vegetable garden harbours no less than 90 varieties of vegetables and over 200 fruit trees grown without pesticides and in harmony with seasonal cycles.

Our many organic vegetables are a delicious ode to the soil of Provence: you can pick up a hamper from the shop or savour them on site at our restaurant « La Table ».
